The facility, located at Market and S. 23rd Street, will offer highly flexible lab spaces designed to support a range of research activities. The building will also include a café, fitness center, elevated terraces, and other amenities. Situated near the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University, and within walking distance of key medical centers and transit hubs, 2300 Market is set to be ready for tenant fit-out by summer 2024. Designed by KieranTimberlake, the project will combine modern features with preserved historical elements of the original façade.
