Situated near the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University, and within walking distance of key medical centers and transit hubs, 2300 Market is set to be ready for tenant fit-out by summer 2024. Designed by KieranTimberlake, the project will combine modern features with preserved historical elements of the original façade.
